The Lodge of St George is a Freemasons Lodge dedicated to fraternity, charity, and the principles of integrity and respect. Our community is built on companionship and shared values that have endured for generations.
We are a Daylight Lodge, meeting at Kings Heath Freemasons' Hall in Birmingham. Our meetings usually start at 11:00 am and we dine at 1:00 pm — no concerns about driving at night or being stuck in rush-hour traffic.
Whether you're considering Freemasonry for the first time or looking for a new Lodge to call home, we'd love to hear from you.
Honesty, trustworthiness and reliability form the foundation of everything a Freemason does, leading to a life of strong principles.
Freemasonry creates lasting bonds. Members make a wide circle of friends for life who share common values, providing a sense of belonging.
Freemasonry promotes an environment where diversity is valued, fostering inclusivity, tolerance and harmony among all members.
Whether fundraising for charity or volunteering for community organisations, service to others is at the very heart of Freemasonry.
We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of selected months at Kings Heath Freemasons' Hall. As a Daylight Lodge, times can vary depending on the ceremony involved.

Freemasonry is one of the oldest social and charitable organisations in the world, with roots in the traditions of the medieval stonemasons who built our cathedrals and castles. Today, it is a unique members' organisation that has thrived for over 300 years.
Having no political or religious affiliations, Freemasonry comprises members of all ages, races, religions, cultures and backgrounds. Members meet in Lodges where ceremonial traditions encourage them to be more tolerant and respectful, and to actively fulfil their civic and charitable responsibilities.
The United Grand Lodge of England (UGLE) governs Freemasonry in England, Wales and overseas Districts. The Lodge of St George No. 5691 is proudly warranted under UGLE as part of the Province of Worcestershire.
Freemasonry is open to any man aged 18 or over, regardless of race, religion, culture or background. Candidates must believe in a Supreme Being, be of good character, and join of their own free will.
If you are interested in finding out more, we would love to hear from you. Simply get in touch and we will arrange for you to meet some of our members before you decide whether to apply for membership.
